• Graduated 800+ clients within five years, from a nutrition and education-based program. Guided clients who struggled with weight loss and increased complications from health conditions shown in medical health markers.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle skills within the areas of nutrition, activity, and behavior change. Specific topics covered but not limited to; food groups, portion control, disease management with nutrition.
• Proficient in communication and motivational interviewing skills crucial to building rapport with clients, leading to successful weight loss and weight management.
• Assist in day-to-day operations, business development, evaluation of program effectiveness, and process improvement.

Observed 20+ study participants around the psychological concept of Motivation and Readiness, a metric scale used to assess the capacity for quality improvement in healthcare, and assess the correlation between exercise intensity and exercise adherence rates within this study. Tests were completed on fitness bikes and treadmills, while utilizing VO2 max.

Worked with transfer students to provide a smooth transition into a larger school environment and advice with Kinesiology classes to help them succeed with their goals in mind.
