• Providing technical assistance to Admin relating to our in-house administration system, within the turnaround times as set out in the company policy• Acting as an intermediary between business and developers• Installation of new funds onto our system• Compiling and providing statistics to the business• Assisting with access restricted functions that cannot be performed by the business• Travelling to African countries outside of South Africa to provide technical support when required• Testing of new systems and processes (Ad-hoc, Acceptance, Beta, Compatibility, Functional, Fuzz, Negative and Regression testing)• Implementing and improving new and existing systems and processes• Compiling project request forms in line with the SDLC, outlining specifications as well as compilation of release notes• Resolving bugs or if unable, provide development with the necessary information to resolve
