I'm a TESL-Ontario certified English as a Second (ESL) language teacher with a degree in linguistics and significant non-profit and social justice advocacy experience. I have training in lesson and module planning, curriculum development, and best practices in language pedagogy and second language acquisition methodologies. I also have experience with strategic planning, facilitation, event and conference planning, mentoring youth, and project/campaign management. I speak several langauges and am very enthusiastic about learning and helping others learn. I'm passionate about justice and fairness in society and have volunteered in a variety of roles to help combat racism and gender-based violence, and promote ecological sustainability and a healthy planet for future generations.
