- Assure ongoing compliance with quality requirements;- Review and evaluate existing quality assurance standards, policies and procedures;- Create and implement new quality assurance standards, policies and procedures;- Create and implement monitoring processes to ensure that production is adhering to standards and safety guidelines;- Observe overall production operations and make suggestions for improvements to minimize errors and defects in products;- Participate in routine inspections and audits and record corrective procedures to resolve product non-compliance;- Investigate customer complaints;- Identify training needs, create operation manuals and training materials, organize and facilitate training sessions to meet quality standards;- Create and maintain documentation covering the quality standards procedures and policies;- Prepare Quality reports and dashboards on a monthly basis

- Work within a virtual-based environment to implement customer requests for new software and updates on existing software;- Perform tests of software packages and software images;- Coordinate user acceptance tests;- Participate in resolution of technical issues of high complexity, performing root cause analysis. Support the implemented solutions and collaborate with the support team to resolve high-impact issues;- Maintain clear documentation of requests (technical procedures, manuals, work instructions and other customer and team related documents)
