Kalin has provided world class customer service in the financial industry since 2017. He has earned his FINRA Series 6 and multiple Life Office Management Institute (LOMA) designations. He is a product expert in fixed, fixed indexed, variable annuities, life insurance claims, and variable annuity claims. Kalin has demonstrated strong leadership skills as a senior representative, assisting new and tenured employees from across the company with complex situations. He also served as a mentor to new hires to ensure they are prepared for their new position by providing feedback and coaching. Kalin also represents a team of 25 individuals where he works with upper management to promote operational changes, provide suggestions for improvement, and solicits/provides feedback to create change and improve employee satisfaction. Prior to his transition to the financial industry he worked in retail where he demonstrated his ability to exceed customer expectations, manage store operations, and develop employees to be successful in their careers.
