Kali is responsible for environmental strategy, permit acquisition, and environmental compliance of Intersect Power's portfolio within ERCOT, SPP and WECC (minus CAISO) across wind, solar, storage and green hydrogen assets through siting and development. Additionally, Kali's team manages construction and operational permit and env. compliance strategy of all Intersect Power assets across the US.

Responsible for executive oversight ensuring quality products are delivered to clients in an effective and timely manner. Kali managed and provided technical support for all wind, solar and storage development including feasibility analysis, land contracting, environmental studies, permitting, interconnection, and development strategy. On operational assets, Kali managed post-construction surveys, environmental compliance reporting, onsite staff training, and data management systems. Kali managed over 16 GW of technical due diligence efforts in support of renewable energy portfolio acquisitions. Under her direction, Kali’s team provided assessments on land, lease & title reviews, environmental & permitting assessments, resource modeling, and interconnection analysis. She managed the assessment of projects to recommend viability for her client’s valuation of the assets.
