QC Activities in AL SADD SPORTS CLUB project - Construction of an Olympic multipurpose Hall for Handball, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Rhythmic Gymnastics and International Ice Rink.Work involves, Lead and mentor the QA/QC Engineers, ensure the effective implementation of the Project requirements, systems, principles and objectives.  Support / Prepare the development of QA/QC documents viz. Quality control plan/ procedures, Method statement, ITP, Check lists and reporting formats etc.  Execute QA/QC initiatives and measures across a portfolio of projects ensuring compliance to the QA/QC procedures.  Assist in the identification, handling and close-out of quality risks in accordance with the risk management system.  Plan and lead (as necessary), assessment visits/audits to suppliers and sub-contractors.  Schedule and coordinates internal and external audits.  Undertake, as necessary, awareness training in the project Quality Management System, procedures and applications and ensure that all internal and external project staff is trained in accordance with their duties.  Implement corrective, preventive and defect repair actions as decided by Project Managers in case of variations.  Communicate as necessary on changes in standards (internally and externally initiated) and on performance against standards.  Manage QA/QC Engineers according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc) and provide them with functional guidance.

 Co-ordinate and manage the projects effectively and to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards by using Planning, Monitoring and Controlling processes. Schedule tasks, deadlines and milestones for all stake holders and resources. Evaluate deliverables prepared by the team to make sure that work meets requirements and maintains a high level of quality. Co-ordination with all sub-contractors for their scope of works.  Planning materials, resource requirements in advance and coordination with suppliers for scheduled deliveries. Tracking project deliverables, dates and checks deadlines. Assist project personnel of circle by providing required reports on timely and regularly.  Plan and Conduct Periodic performance review meetings with Subcontractors as necessary. Identifies changes in the scope of work to determine if there is an opportunity or need to submit a Change Order Request to the Client. Facilitates and executes all Change Orders with the Client. Following the progress of the civil works and sub contractors work through daily reports submitted by all parties. Preparing the final Daily Report about the project and reporting the Project Manager. Maintaining a healthy working relationship with all subcontractors. Communicate with Site teams, sub contractors for Material or Document approvals. Completes a Project Close Out Report to identify final changes in work scope, additional revenue opportunities, punch list items and any hindrances that may delay close out and final payment. Proper Document controlling and archiving.

 Liaison with Client, Consultant and Third party inspectors related to quality matters such as day-day site activities, inspections, preparation of weekly/monthly reports, etc. Prepare Project Quality documents viz. Quality control plan/procedures, Method statement, ITP, Check lists and reporting formats etc. Institute elaborate quality systems with stage wise quality checks and ensure strict adherence to quality procedures. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance. Review corrective actions recommended in non-conformance reports, initiate and verify corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of non-conformity. Submit the Material submittals, Drawing submittals, Inspection requests, RFI, etc to the Client. Inspection of all works in accordance with approved shop drawings, approved method statements, Contract Specifications and International Standards and obtaining approval from Client/Engineer and Consultant/Third party inspectors before proceeding with further works. Communicate to the respective stake holders about approved changes and implement. Raise Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Discrepancy Report (DR), when activities deviate from the Contract Specifications or normal Construction industry practices.  Performs daily field “Hold”, “Witness”, and “Surveillance” inspections. Verify, inform & advise to site engineers for any job defect / deficiency, in order to initiate the required preventive or corrective actions. Reviewing third party test reports for all materials prior to submission & obtaining approval from Client/Engineer and Consultant. Coordinating and controlling with survey teams for accurate surveying. Provide and improve Team Performance through proper scheduled trainings. Control all archived documentation upon the completion of the project.
