I have experience more than 25 years in leading teams and managing projects, solutions and coaching people in Baltic's, Scandinavia and East-EU region. International work experience from 2006 when I started Development Manager | Product Owner position in Swedbank Estonia. From year 2008 I have been active in consulting businesses on IT field.
