Act as an escalated point of contact for information between the AGA Marvel order desk team and its customers, dealers and distributors. Provides outstanding service and comprehensive information regarding our products/services. Handle escalated issues in timely fashion with a satisfactory resolution to any and all emerging problems that our customers might face.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:• Provide guidance and training to new employees.• Oversee, and maintain the order entry team.• Assign and divide workload across the order entry team to ensure balance and prevent burnout.• Involved in planing future software integration to allow for a streamline process from order entry to product delivery and beyond.• Take on and resolve escalated issues with a positive result.• Assist team members in strengthening relationships with distributors, RSM's and Consumers.• Provide thorough product information, working with marketing to be certain product information is available and accurate.• Continually work to improve the effectiveness of the order entry process and team.• Create and/update ISO procedures for the order desk team.• Work with other departments to bridge communication gaps.• Assist with the planning and coordination of shipping and product delivery.• Meet with shipping management,communicate schedules and information though Sharepoint.• Use ADP to manage time sheets and maintain phone coverage.• Work in Service Power to assign service and monitor resolutions for escalated customers.• Work with the RMA dept to help orchestrate the return of defective product from the field.• Retrieve PO's and information from EDI systems

Worked in the command center responding to alarms on commercial and residential security systems. Experience with: Card access, Intrusion detection, SCRAM monitoring, leg tether, home detention monitoring, 24/7 monitoring, CCTV surveillance using IP technologies • Handle on average 100 alarms per night.• Respond immediately by contacting the client via phone and when necessary, dispatching the police, fire department, or medical aid when there's an emergency affecting one of our alarm customers.• Communicate calmly and effectively in high stress and highly emotional situations.• Deal with interruptions while maintaining progress toward completing the important tasks.• Shift lead and schedule planning for 3rd shift.
