I have been working as a job coach (omavalmentaja) and as a business specialist (yritysasiantuntija). As a business specialist my main responsibility was creating new job opportunities for job seekers. Me and my team were directly responsible for over 200 new employments and organized around 80 recruiting events in 2019. Since 2020 I have been mostly working as a job coach (omavalmentaja) and at the moment I'm really into creating new employment models for the unemployment services here in Vantaa. Vantaa rock city never sleeps and im proud to be working for my beloved home town.

I worked with long-term unemployed individuals and coached them with job seeking issues. I was also in charge of matters regarding unemployment benefits and worked in Sitra's and TE-Office's Suuret Työnantajat-project.In Suuret Työnantajat-project our mission was to create new collaboration models between TE-office, City Of Helsinki, Edupoli, Skanska, ISS and S-Group. We employed long-term unemployed individuals and managed to create new co-operation models between different parties involved in the project. The project was successful and it created interest in TE-office's executive board where I was invited to present our results and observations.

Petra Project offered in-depth support to help young people (17 to 24-year-old) find work, take on-the-job training or complete their education. Guidance is provided by a professional network that was experienced in offering employment services, training placements and educational activities. During the project we created a functionable service model and as a result decreased the amount of young people being unemployed. Since 2010, 5 000 jobless youth have used the Petra's services of which 1 000 obtained a job, 450 a traineeship and many found a place of study or other solution. Resbonsibilities:-Organizing and accomplishing many recruiting fairs (e.g. we organized the first Megarekry in Flamingo Vantaa)- Networking with local companies-Coaching young people to find work, education and training places-Developing collaboration with companies to find out jobs or training places-Helping young people with their CV´s and application lettersKey competence#coaching #recruiting #B2B-co-operation
