After an enjoyable and rewarding experience last year, I returned to Intersport Finland this summer as a Product Assistant, resuming a role I truly excelled in and found fulfilling. This season, I continued to deepen my practical experience in multi-channel sales, collaborating with both familiar and new colleagues. I was entrusted with greater responsibilities, including the opportunity to help orient a new employee in the same role, which allowed me to further develop my leadership and mentoring skills.

I re-joined K-Citymarket as an online food order picker and packer, leveraging my prior experience. With a deeper understanding of the role, I worked more efficiently, focusing on optimizing my workflow and productivity. I further developed my logistics and teamwork skills, contributing to the smooth online ordering system operation.
