I started at this position a few shifts a week, but then that grew into a full-time position. I mainly worked night shifts, but filled in as needed. Some of my strengths were making connections with people from the start and being able to navigate them through the many drink options. The Dew Drop carries many local brews and spirits, which I always encouraged people to try if they were new to the area, as well as locals looking for something new to drink. The connections I made didn't stop at the first drink. Many times, a customer would come back in, maybe after a long stint away, and I would impress them with my memory recall on what they ordered. It is always important for me to make sure that while a bar can be hectic at times, I still am aware of the people that I am serving and interacting with
