As a pharmacy technician, I assist in any way I can, from filling scripts, assisting patients with pharmacy and non-pharmacy needs, track and manage inventory, providing excellent customer service and anything else as the situation requires.

As a pharmacy technician, it is my daily goal to surpass my Pharmacist’s expectations and provide great customer service while attending to the highest quality, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained and good customer service is provided. From processing scripts to assisting the Pharmacist, attending problem scripts that require doctor or insurance communication to helping a customer, I strive for excellence. Excellent care, adherence to quality, and professionalism are key to this position. As a technician on the pharmacy relief team, I am extremely versatile, daily working with different pharmacists and their teams; often going out of my way to help out pharmacies in need by coming in on a day off.
