Current•Drive recruitment efforts & streamline interview scheduling for participants in HIV supplemental surveillance projects, showcasing advanced expertise in HIV-related initiatives while successfully building rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.•Conduct thorough record searches to swiftly locate contact information, ensuring efficient & targeted recruitment for surveillance projects.•Utilize specialized database tools to abstract medical records with precision and accuracy, facilitating seamless data extraction for comprehensive analysis.•Demonstrate exceptional written communication skills, producing protocols, letters, and materials with a focus on accessibility, security, & utmost confidentiality in HIV care.• Proactively liaise with clinicians in private medical practices, offices, & clinics, verifying diagnoses, collecting demographic information, & conducting thorough medical record reviews for individuals newly diagnosed with HIV.•Perform routine follow-up with individuals living with HIV, diligently documenting disease progression & monitoring treatment plans. • Ensure accurate & confidential record-keeping by meticulously maintaining records and files pertaining to HIV investigations, adhering to established protocols and procedures.•Actively contributing to the success of the HIV/AIDS Surveillance team, attending meetings, participating in trainings, & providing valuable support for supplemental surveillance projects.
