I started out at Tuum at the beginning of its journey as a solo marketer, being trusted with the opportunity to build the marketing and communication function from scratch as the company grew. During my time at Tuum, it scaled fast into a company of 100+ people with offices in Tallinn, London, Berlin, and Malaga. In the latest stage at Tuum, I was heading Tuum's marketing and communication team of nine and was part of the management team responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy to drive expansion in Europe. Led a rebrand project, including a brand name change from Modularbank to Tuum (including trademarking in EU and UK), and a complete overhaul of brand strategy (identity, values, storytelling, tone of voice, visual identity) and the implementation of it, on a very tight timescale, taking a mere six months from the inception of an idea to launch.
