I am Kallil Souza and I am a software developer. Throughout my journey, I had the opportunity to work on different projects, each with its challenges, allowing me to gain experience with various tools and frameworks. I stay constantly updated with the latest technological trends and best software development practices, enabling me to deliver solutions aligned with market demands.My journey as a dev began in 2019, when I started to study software development at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte , also known as IFRN. In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic hits, affecting classes, that were suspended for months. Later, we started to take classes from home. From home, in 2021, I start working as an intern at the State Department of Labor, Housing, and Social Assistance, also known as SETHAS, of the Government of Rio Grande do Norte, my home state in Brazil. There, I focused on building a control and management system for the Potiguar Milk Program, a social program created to distribute milk to families in situations of social vulnerability throughout the state. The system aimed to register and facilitate operations related to the distribution process, making the experience for those responsible for execution and beneficiaries faster, reducing waiting times at distribution points. My responsibilities included carrying out the requirements analysis, managing part of the activities performed by the project development team, and primarily, program the back-end of the system.In 2022, I finished my internship at SETHAS and was hired by B2BIT Company. B2BIT develops top-tier tailor-made systems for other companies, offering solutions such as mobile apps, websites, and high-fidelity prototypes. In the company, I work on the development of various web systems, implementing DevOps practices and enhancing my knowledge through internal training provided by the company.
