Tact Finance Oyj focuses on online and mobile lending to consumers and small businesses. The Company operates fully online. My responsibility was to broaden company's product portfolio to car financing products. Tact strated on Feb 2018 with an unsecured carloan. Over 500 car dealer took Saldo carloan as an option to finance a purchace of a car and network was growing fast. Saldo can also been used to cower downpayment. Our solution is easy to use, money transfer is working 24/7 and whole process is totally electrical, which was something new in the business.

BM-Collection was a Collection Agency specialised on installments. Services were offered to car financing companies. Collection business started in inhouse company of SAV-Financing. On March 2013 I bought collection business out of SAV (MBO).

SAV-Rahoitus plc is a financing company specialised on car financing. Company´s shares were listed on NasdaqOMX First North in Helsinki before company was sold. During 11 years over 100 000 private customers has been served by SAV-Rahoitus. Company offers loans against a vehicle and financing to buy one.SAV has got over 450 car dealer at its network all over Finland. Services are offered 24/7 trough fully automatic credit application system.I had a leading role when SAV-Rahoitus Oyj was listed to NasdaqOMX First North. I was personally responsible for preparing all documents and all negotiations with Helsinki Stock exchange. I was also preparing all documents, calculations and processes for SAV's banking license application to Finnish Financing Supervision Authorities. All this needed good skills in business planning.Under my management company doublet its balance and number of customers. Company got a notable position in the car financing market (used cars) and is known as innovative financing company. SAV have established new processes and products, which are unique in the car financing market. These innovations will be elements for company´s further growth. I have personal interest to e-business and using web as distribution channel for credits. I had a crucial role in SAV when innovating all new products and processes.

Lappajärven Osuuspankki is a middle sized co-operative retail Bank in Ostrobothnia. During 14 years of my management Bank doubled its balance and took a huge strategical step when founding a new branch in Helsinki, which is 400 km away from bank's main market area. I was a member of the board of directors at Paikallisosuuspankkiliitto 2000-2003 (Association for Local co-operative Banks in Finland). I had a possibility to influence nation wide Banking group´s development, products and processes. I was also a member in a team which was responsible for electrical banking development for Savings Banks and Local Co-operative Banks.
