Orchestrated and executed the acquisition of Petit Spare Parts SAS by Rieter Holding AG. Assumed the role of Managing Director after the acquisition, with fullP&L responsibility. This role is in addition to the role of Vice President Repair Services at RIETER AG.Led the integration of the company into the Repair Services Product Unit of RIETER After Sales Business Group. Accountable for the development and execution of the long term business growth strategy. Petit Spare Parts SAS (PSP) is a supplier of components for texturizing, covering and twisting machines, and is a prominent player in the textile spare parts industry with an international presence in 39 countries. The PSP facility in France offers an enhanced mechanical repair station for all Rieter spinning and winding machines.
