My story began in the outsorcing industry and namely - the technical support part of it.I started working as a level I agent at C3i Solutions in the Shared POD project. During the first year, I learned a lot about the processes of clinical trials and how a drug goes to the market. Basically, my job was to provide support to doctors, who were having issues with entering data into a Remote Data Capture system (RDC) from Oracle.This was the position where I mastered CRM's, such as Horizon Clinical and the Incident Management System Service Now/ Remedy. I also improved quate a lot my MS Office skills.On this position, I learned about hard work and the basics of customer service. My responsibilites were to take inbound phone, email and chat interactions and I was successfully an "A" and an "AA" performer.Later on, I got promoted to a Level 2 Agent, where I was slowly learning about leadership and people management skills. My responsibilities were to still keep on taking inbound interactions, but I was also checking my colleagues' work within the quiality check process I was part of and I was slowly prepraring for the Team Lead role, as I was an "A" and "AA" performer on this position with excellent feedback from the management team.I eventually got to a Teamleader position and this is where I truly learned about leadership, people management, corporate reporting and business communication, QA and mentoring/ coaching/ teaching new hires on the SOP's for the projects which I was responsible for.However, I realised that this was not my passion, so I've decied to change the company and the position so that I can start my entrepreneurial journey.I started working as a Technical Support Specialist at Cisco. This is the place where I learned how a giant and a succesful company such as Cisco runs the commercial part of a B2B business. I was still using the basics of customer service applied in the context of the the project's SOP's and I've had a major experience with CRM's systems such as Salesforce and Service Now.After this, I've decided to start my own company, NOBS Fitnes Ltd., with my partner, Betina Dimitrova, a certified Precision Nutrition Coach, in the place where I am truly pationate at - fitness. I invested money into obtaining specialized knowledge from a world - renowned organization - Starting Strength, where I successfully completed a barbell coach prep course, I am now applying this knowledge in the work with my clients and we are successfully helping them in achieving their physique goals and improving their quality of life.
