• Campus Interviews: Arranging and attending the campus interviews to hire the fresh talents onboard
• Walk-in Interviews: Arranging for the walkin interview whenever there is the bulk requirements

• Talent Acquisition:
• Managing the complete recruitment life cycle to get the “The best cream candidates” from different sources right from sourcing the resumes to offering.
• Coordinating with the technical managers to find out the exact requirements and prepare the job description for the requirement
• Posting and sourcing profiles through consultants, Portals, Institutes, websites etc as per the requirements
• Veteran in sourcing the profiles for the niche areas like Oncology,Biology,Applied Biology, Med Chem, Process Chemistry, DMPK, DMCP, Veterinary Science and all other support functions.
• Taking up the activities of preliminary sourcing, screening and briefing the job description to the candidates and then Sharing the screened and validated resumes with the technical panel.

• Statutory Compliance:
• To file all statutory monthly challans & returns within the specified time periods.
• Coordinate with accounts department and arrange statutory payments
• Liaising with different inspectors & officers of the govt. Office, preparing & executing all the compliance & procedures along with implementation
• To ensure all registrations, license etc are valid and file renewals where required
• Notices & abstracts to be put under various statues
