In my role within procurement, I've developed and executed a comprehensive sourcing strategy with a keen eye for detail and strategic planning. My responsibilities kicked off with initiating procurement projects, leading to the successful execution of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. My expertise in contract management was demonstrated through the implementation of the Preferred Vendor list (PVL) framework, guaranteeing the formalization of contracts and adherence to their terms.I've also managed the Procure to Pay (PR-PO) process from start to finish, including the creation of purchase requisitions in Ariba, overseeing the approval process, and ensuring the smooth transition to purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice processing. My vendor management skills cover the entire vendor lifecycle, from onboarding new vendors, updating existing vendor information, to resolving vendor blocks, ensuring a smooth supply chain operation.Additionally, I've played a pivotal role in maintaining pricing accuracy through weekly governance meetings with clients, rigorous monitoring of price variances, and engaging in proactive communication with stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
