• Assessment/ audit of Contractor’s facility, current practices, proposed alternative best practice methods/tools.• Establishment of document tracking procedure along with responsibility matrix with clear instructions on monitoring revisions/ submission of various project documentation related to engineering, procurement, expediting & logistics.• Rigorous monitoring of Procurement order placement, Subcontract placement, expediting & Shipping logistics activities by EPC Contractor during Engineering, Procurement & Construction phases. i.e. end to end sourcing process for the procurement/subcontract packages assigned.• Review and approval of Procurement & Quality documentation (i.e. Plans, Expediting, Logistics), Spares parts supply, Life Cycle analysis, Progress reviews, Schedule etc.• Ensures all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project execution plan/schedule and/or contracting strategy, within approved budgets and in line with project processes and procedures• Monitoring of Supply Chain cycle i.e. ordering, expediting & logistics and related communications/ records.• Monitor the adherence to preferred vendor list of end user.• Review of additional Vendor Pre-qualification documentation.• Conduct review Contractor’s audits for procurement progress claims, attend kick-off & progress review meetings including bid clarifications for specifically of long lead items or major packages. If required, progress review meeting with subcontractors.• Monitoring and assessment of Change requests and settlement through change orders.• Promote safe working practices and demonstrate safety awareness at all times.

Key Responsibilities: Preparation of Bid Packages, Issue of bid requests, Co-ordination for bidder’s queries & received bids. Procurement of Plates and Bulk Piping Material like Pipes, Flanges, Fittings etc. against Project requirement. Scrutinize the Material take-off received from the Engineering Float the enquiry to appropriate vendor and get the quotations from them Evaluation the offers received from vendors with interface of Engineering. Placement of Purchase Orders in SAP system to the right vendors after further negotiations for price and delivery. To provide respective and applicable technical docs. along with PO. Post order expediting for Interfacing with Engineering and Quality Assurance Post order expediting for timely delivery Verification of Dispatch documentation at the time of dispatch Vendor payments management through ERP. Management reporting – Inputs to higher management for reporting and highlight concern on weekly / fortnightly and monthly basis.Tasks involved in this responsibility: Receipt of Purchase requisition from engineering RFQs to approved vendors. Receipt of bids from vendors Forwarding of Technical offer to engineering for approval. Sending TQ/CQs to vendors based on their offers. Preparation of Qualification Tabulation Sheet (QTS) to compare the offers received from various vendors. Getting resolution of TQ/CQs from vendors. Finalizing / Placement of order through ERP (SAP) on appropriate vendor after technical and commercial discussion. Post order expediting for Order Status, Dispatch of material, preparation/submission of documentation Management reporting

Vendor Qualification Scrutinize the Material take-off received from the Engineering Float the enquiry to appropriate vendor and get the quotations from them Techno-Commercial evaluation the offers received from vendors with interface of Engineering/QA. Placement of Purchase Orders in SAP system to the right vendors after further negotiations for price and delivery. To provide respective and applicable technical docs. along with PO. Post order expediting, Interfacing with Engineering and Quality Assurance Verification of Technical Docs. as well as Commercial docs at the time of dispatch Vendor payments management through ERP (SAP). Management reporting – Inputs to higher management for reporting and highlight concern wherever necessary.Tasks involved in this responsibility: Receipt/Study of MR from Engineering Floating enquiries through e-Procurement Portal/ e-mail RFQs to approved vendors. Receipt of bids from vendors Forwarding of Technical offer to engineering for approval. Sending TQ/CQs to vendors based on their offers. Preparation of Qualification Tabulation Sheet (QTS) to compare the offers received from various vendors. Getting resolution of TQ/CQs from vendors. Finalizing / Placement of order through ERP (SAP) on appropriate vendor after technical and commercial discussion. Post order expediting for Order Status, Dispatch of material, preparation/submission of documentation Vendor payments Management reporting

Key Responsibilities: Supervision of Machine Shop which includes NC Shearing machine, CNC Punching machine (Amada Turret Punch Press), NC Press brake bending machine & Joggling machine etc. G/M-code programming for Amada Production as per planning Daily/weekly/monthly local maintenance as per schedule Ordering of components for machines Keeping records of Tools and Tackles Reporting to Management
