Specialised in Financial Services legislations, having extensive experience in Securities & Capital Markets, SEBI /RBI Laws, Broking and Mutual Fund, Banking and Non Banking Finance, commercial contract, arbitration and litigation and Corporate Laws and Practice.As a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) & Ethics Professional with nearly 20 years of experience in Financial Services, there is still so much learning left, is what I believe in. With a deep understanding of financial products and being skilled in Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Legal Documentation, ERM, Audits, Due Diligence, Corporate Secretarial, etc. I believe there are other avenues to explore and integrate them with the existing skill and capabilities.Communication is a key that can open all doors of possibilities. Entangling in unwarranted and never ending (costly) litigation should be avoided and I believe issues should be sorted out amicably leading to and creating win win situation.
