Conducting market survey testing viability and customer opinions on bank products and services in particular CENTE agents and use of VISA card in different locations of the country

Developing business plans that address the needs of our customers for example utilization of social media to spread knowledge and create awareness on insurance ,building and maintaining a library of project reports tools and publications, preparing findings for publication and distributing information to users, regularly analyses insurance trends and market environment within and outside Uganda and come up with reports including recommendations on market development ,writing policy and strategy papers to inform on different insurance lines and on issues that concern related stakeholders ,interviewing members of the public ,industry and related stakeholders in line with research requirements, keeping members updated on national, regional and global trends in the insurance sector and maintaining communication with external members and collaborators .

Worked with SEATINI on a project known as Tax justice Network. Our role was to have an all-inclusive understanding of Uganda’s tax system so as to ably sensitize masses especially in the rural parts of Uganda about their tax duties that is to say how much they should pay, what kind of taxes they are expected to pay but also know the for them to know various channels in which they can demand for accountability.

Recording information from customer calls and onsite service visits to manufacturing company using MS Excel, conducting field visits to negotiate revenue for the association, drawing agendas, and notes and sending out automatic notifications for upcoming meetings and events. I also actively participated in pre and post budget reviews mainly to guide sector growth and development and ensure that tax revenue is realized
