Worked as the Customer Support Excellence lead managing the Zambian and Zimbabwean units. In this role, I supported Customer Relations Agents with training and coaching to ensure continuous quality support improvement, evaluated local support processes to identify opportunities for quality improvement, daily review of customer support agent's work and quality performance, coordinating other support excellence activities in Zambia and Zimbabwe were among some Key responsibilities.

I doubled as a Finance/Community Loans Officer. The role involved:Assessing Incoming loan applications in several community development areas. Identify the most suitable lenders, and actively market the lending programs to community members. ensure the healthy performance of the loan fund.

Assist in developing a strategy for building a balanced risk portfolio, to meet Targets/Budget. Identify potential clients for the products carry out an inventory of all eligible businesses in the attributed Zone. Evaluate and assess the credit risk of clients by inspecting businesses of potential clients, appraise clients’ businesses and repayment capability, and provide a recommendation of the Loan amount. Analyze expected repayment reports and remind clients to pay their installments at least three days before due date.
