The software read system inputs, performed the required signal processing, and output a moving image on the LCD.Test Engineer• Responsible for the entire test solution for RFID tags on Alien Technology's production lines. o Test equipment ranged from extremely high speed production testers down to individual hand test stations.• Created a system using data logs and Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts to provide timely feedback to production machine operators. The graphical feedback resulted in a dramatic improvement in productivity and a reduced failure rate of RFID tag production.• Developed the circuit, board layout, and packaging for a lighting system used in conjunction with a high speed vision system. The vision processing improvements saved the company thousands of dollars.• As new RFID tags were developed, I designed the test procedures to quickly and effectively test each tag as it was manufactured. This included updating test documentation and writing Quality Assurance Reports.
