Capella Design is overcoming the stigmatizing perception of home mobility products by designing stylish and empowering accessories for older adults.

Leader of a multidisciplinary design studio co-founded with Bram Sawatzky. Through the company's furniture lines and in collaboration with others they brought products to market that solved challenging design issues and contributed to a sustainable future.Connected the local community with innovative solutions to their design challenges. Using in-house 3D fabrication including CAD modeling, CNC, and Laser cutting, Kaly & Bram worked closely with clients to design, prototype, and prepare products for manufacturing.Willow & Stump's designs have been shown internationally at NYCxDesign and at Dutch Design Week. The company has been featured in design publications including Azure Magazine, Western Living Magazine, and Core77. Willow & Stump won Western Living’s Furniture Designer of the Year award in 2018.

Worked with the marketing team to coordinate advertising and public relations. Managed Facebook mobile advertising, coordinated in-game sales & promotions, wrote and edited press releases, and worked with artists on creative materials.
