Oil and Gas Separation, Pigging lines, WTP (water treatment plant), Process piping, utility stations, pipe rack design, flare system, drain system.•Developing and Checking of Demolition Equipment Layout, Piping Layout as per Design pipe routing by using P&ID’s.Providing tie-in point co-ordinates to the pipeline department.•Modeling of piping for skids.Pressure Vessel layout and sizing using PV elite Software as per the ASME SEC VIII dev.1&2,Modeling of supports as per stress isometrics & support standards.•Modeling of Equipment’s Like Scrubbers, Filters, Coalescers, Pressure Vessels and Pumps.• To Evaluate overall on plot piping fabrication and erection works include identification of materials, coordination for the qualification of welders, inspection of site as per isometric, GAD and P&ID, fabrication of pipe spool, organize inspection of welding, coordination for the NDT, installation of piping, preparation of as built drawing and test pack, preparation of mechanical punch list, hydro testing, Flange Management and box up activities as per applicable codes, procedure and standards.• Coordinating with client & operations team for shutdown activities at site.• Coordinating with client & operations team for HOT tapping activities at site. • Checking and validating approvals of ITP’s TPI’s. • Evaluate Preparation of construction method statements and procedures like procedures for fabrication of piping, installation and testing of piping and structure’s, installation of equipment’s etc.• To liaise with engineering team for the completion of approved construction (AFC) drawing and ensure complete transmittal of the same in to site.
