B.E, PMP since 2010.Around 10years of experience in the management of SW Application development based on Qt framework, Spring framework and JEE framework. Around 9 years experience in ISO 9001:2015, IEEE 12207, CMMI quality management system in Software Development.Currently Senior DGM in BEL Software Technology Centre, a CMMI level 5 organisation. Joined BEL as Deputy Engineer at Electronics Measuring Instrument Calibration lab at BEL in 1993. The role was writing GPIB based software applications automating the calibration and Trouble shooting of electronic instruments. I continued the same field till 2000. Then from 2000 to 2009 I worked as the manager at Quality management at BEL Software Technology Centre and played key role in obtaining ISO 9001 and CMMI level 5 assessment declaration. For this role I was given Innovation Award by BEL.From 2009 to 2010 worked in Project APARNA Reference Software App development. Next 2 years worked for Record and Replay systems, BITE (PMS) Systems and MOP systems for Lynx class of Ships. During 2011 to 2013 I handled DDS based Integration Project. Then sensor integration to the command and control systems.Since 2014 I am managing Enterprise Applications Projects.At various times in my career I had managed different size of teams with 3 to 49 members.Proud to be part of Bharat Electronics Ltd.DOB:21june1968, Married, living in Bangalore, speak Tamil, English and kannada.
