When I was 21, I went on a mountaineering expedition in the North of India. While I was hiking, I thought about quitting at least a 1000 times (and that’s a lowball estimate). But despite the cold winds, the never-ending walks, mental and physical fatigue, I kept going. I’m that person. Now I put that perseverance to work as the Talent Management Lead at MSCI.
