My career experience and skills have grown from my inherent nature to be organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented. A penchant to dot all the I’s and cross all the t’s has contributed immensely in my professional career and has translated to efficient administration skills in any organization I have been a part of and through various roles in my career. My current role includes streamlining processes, continuous improvement plans to improve operational efficiency and optimizing performance by setting employee goals and objectives, cash flow management, and reporting to the management board.Here are some of the skills sets I bring to the table:Cost-cutting and time-saving initiatives: Identifying bottlenecks and gaps and suggesting a corrective course of action which results in eliminating waste and save both time and costs.Problem Solving: The devil is often in the details. Identifying a large problem and breaking it down into smaller manageable chunks. The solution invariably presents itself sooner and helps close gaps.Resourceful: A Perpetual curiosity and an innate need to find answers drive me to be resourceful.I don’t allow my lack of expertise in a particular area to stop me from finding a solution to a problem.I either figure out a way or find the right resource to get the job done!Customer Relationship: Understand the need for customer delight as it leads to lead of mouth, repeat, as well as new customers and increases business profitability. I think like a customer!Most importantly I take ownership of every job assigned and ensure completion and on-time delivery.
