Collaborated with a consortium of 45 Climate Action organisations in the South-East England. Facilitated action learning among steering committee members to develop strategies for collective and distributed implementation of climate emergency campaign across south east of England.Evaluated challenges faced by meso-level social impact networks & ways to improve their performance, using action research methodology. Developed a preliminary theory of sustainable social change.

Designed and implemented a two-year fellowship program for nurturing leadership qualities of the social change makers engaged with communities that are striving to solve some of their critical problems. Along with other colleagues I actively participated in co-creating a selection-coaching-mentoring process, and development of reflective capacity building workshops. Using my background in systems thinking and sustainability, I worked closely with a cohort of 12 grassroots leaders (including 7 women) to help them identify high-leverage intervention points in the systems of natural resource management, livelihoods, education, gender sensitisation and social justice that they were engaged with. As a result, 6 of these 12 fellows have expanded their sphere of influence by up to 10 folds in 2 years.

Contributed to the formation of a Systems Dynamics Group by training a group of senior researchers to use Systems Thinking & Modeling methodology. Also, guided a thematic research on the application of System Dynamics Modeling to Zero Solid Waste Management and contributed to a research on development challenges for small cities.

I contributed to the preparation of National Ganga River Basin Management Plan by researching governance mechanism and policy instruments for environmental clearance of development projects in India. I studied hydropower projects on River Ganga and recommended specific changes to the clearance procedure of the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change.
