This improved data management, and decision-making in the program and projects.• Lead the collection, compilation, and analysis of data and aggregate it into reports that highlight trends, correlations, results, and progress, but also provide strong recommendations for strategies to enable internal strategic decisions. This has strengthened knowledge management.

Uganda

Dimensions of good quality data were put in place i.e. Clarity, Timeliness, Confidentiality, Integrity, Completeness, etc.- Conducted capacity building for the MEAL department and other staff members and this has improved the reporting process, accountability, and learning.- Act as a liaison with Teach For All on the implementation of the student survey, the alumni survey, and the completion of the Global Data System.

Uganda And South Sudan
