I enjoy connecting with people to get a better understanding of their needs in order to create solutions that fit seamlessly into their lives. I find that in an ever-growing automated world, good dashboard and information design enables people to make informed decisions.Currently at Cisco (CSCO), I lead UX design for the CX Partner Portal mobile application. This application enables our partners to help customers scale their IT infrastructure as their business grows. To achieve this, I work with the UX research team to uncover customer insight. I prototype and test solutions, and then translate the designs into specifications for the development team to implement.Previously I worked at Deluxe Corp (DLX) for five years where I:• Championed the voice of customer and product innovation for VerticalResponse through remote usability testing and one-on-one user interviews. • Connected the various design departments in Deluxe and established a global design community to share learnings and design best practices.• Created the design for Hostopia’s Webmail from the ground up, which has 10 million active users and is used by multiple vendors such as AT&T, SaskTel, and Vodafone.If you have a new initiative that you are working on and would like help defining the value proposition and creative vision, feel free to reach out.
