I’m after communication and openess so that we can create together anything we need.When as a student I started working as a production manager the sky was the limit. A student’s movie with no budget but with professional stuntmen? A self-made news van for live streaming? We had many bold ideas and grit to make them happen.At some point I took a production role in TV live morning show and that adaptation abilities allowed me to be a great support to my team. TV teaches you a lot, i.a. that 5 minutes can be a lot of time to solve any issue - especially in TV control room, you just don’t have other option, you just do your thing.During approx. 10 years of experience I never hesitated to take up new challenges💡 move whole TV studio to a real medieval castle for 2 days of live broadcasting, 💡 organize and lead a shoot based on winter kayaking in the middle of polish winter,💡 produce 6-minutes music video bringing to live in-game character as a real person, mixed with full CG story.Now in VFX I’m all about bringing all my values and can-do attitude into my new world.And I’d really love to take part in creating a 3D dragon from scratch :)
