As a PhD Candidate in Built Environment at UiTM, my research focuses on developing a framework for real estate transactions using blockchain technology to address fraud in Malaysia. With a Master's degree in Property Investment from UiTM, a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from University Putra Malaysia, a Diploma in International Arbitration from Brickfields Asia College, and a Certificate in Estate Agency from INSPEN, I have a diverse academic background that allows me to approach real estate challenges from multiple angles.I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent, Property Manager, Auctioneer, Professional Technologist, MM2H Licensed Agent, and Travel Agency License holder, all accredited by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEAP) and the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia. These licenses and certifications attest to my expertise in the field and demonstrate my commitment to staying up-to-date with industry standards.In addition, I am a member of several professional bodies, including the Malaysian Institute of Professional Estate Agents and Consultants (MIPEAC), Persatuan Perunding Hartanah Muslim Malaysia (PEHAM), Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), Malaysian Inbound Tourism Association (MITA), Persatuan Syarikat Pengendalian Pelancongan Bumiputera Malaysia (BUMITRA), and The Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb). As Vice President of MIPEAC, I am dedicated to promoting ethical and professional standards in the real estate industry.My experience as Director/Principal at AG Realty Sdn Bhd has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market and a strong network of industry contacts. I am always seeking out new opportunities to collaborate and expand my knowledge, and I am excited to contribute my expertise to future projects in the field.
