I’ve been working as a lead maintenance engineer in a combined cycle for 18 years. I have worked in all Combined cycle Power Plant regular preventive and proactive mechanical services and along LTSA as a site engineer with Siemens-Sweden teams and then leading major service engineer and installations projects of power plant main equipment until 2024. SGT 600 Gas turbines – SST700 Steam turbines – ABB 55MW Generators – FLENDER G. boxes In addition to my hand skills in the above equipment, I’ve got skills as a field mechanical engineer in: Follow up all mechanical service of all power plant equipment. Leading and performing Power plant Major Mechanical repairs for industrial gas turbines and steam turbines, Generators including replacement parts, D/ assembly and alignment. standard fitting procedures, special tools according to technical manuals. My Major services assigned tasks as follows:A- Activities list preparation and management for Major works.B- Auditing spare parts – Tools (special, regular) availability and site safety assurance.C- Technical assignment for personnel the daily activities.D- Technical supervision for workflow in daily basis according to instructions and time plan of work.E- Site technical problems solving to assure work flow with no obstacles.
