· Create implement and analysis PTPK system for various routes to improve the dispatch volume, segment distribution and interstate movement by tracking the variations against S&OP PLH, rail and road coordinator.· Liaising with PLH, road coordinator for cost optimization in every region by improving logistics parameters/efficiencies and ensuring reduction in logistics cost for excellent cost management.· Ensure proper quantity and quality by monitoring CSL on order level to achieve desired service level. Interact with coordinator for improvement suggestions for continuous process improvement.· Mentoring and inspiring team (Road/Rail/Safety/Other Plant teams) to deliver outstanding results by using state-of-the-art technologies e.g. SPEED, BI, GPS, RMS, TYMS, BCP etc.· Play a key role in creating and nurturing a performance improvement plan with the vendors periodically by strategically sharing fleet deployment data.· Providing breakthrough leadership to achieve GPS benefits (improving delivery compliance) and TAT analysis (rail and road) by providing insights on actual performance analysis on fleet utilization. Optimizing processes, streamlined time bound action plans in cost effective manner for performance excellence.
