As a product development Engineer over the past four years i worked on developing a wide range of Hardware products serving many industries Like Automotive, Medical devices, IOT, Food and pump industries.High lights:1-participated in Design and manufacturing a dashboard manipulator that was implemented on Automotive assembly line for one of the automotive industry leaders2- Participated in manufacturing and design modification (pneumatic circuit) of NASA vital ventilator (I-D tech licensed).3- Reverse Engineered more than 14 projects serving (Automotive, medical and food) industries.

A full time teaching assistant in Mechatronics department, Nile universityi was responsible for 1-Preparing and teaching weekly tutorials for different courses (Mechanical vibrations, Machine Design and Modelling and simulation of Dynamic systems).2-Helping and mentoring students during their course projects.3-Preparing lab experiments.4-Grading quizzes and Assignments.

I was responsible for:1- Reverse Engineering cycle from Scan (Using faro arm laser scanner) to CAD using Geomagic Design X.2- Design for 3D printing using MJP 2000 from 3D systems (printing special materials).3- Machine Design as i was the main designer of a machine that extracts liquids from orange peel (used for food industry), succesfully did the required function, delivered for a start up called V-waste.

i was responsible for: 1- Generating CAD files for plastic injection machine that the company used to manufacture. 2- analyse stresseson different machine parts using ansys.3- Machine element selection (bearings, Gears, belts,etc.)
