 Liaising with International Consortiums, State Electricity Companies, Government Agencies, Infrastructure companies & Consortium Partners. Interact, manage & co-ordinate closely with key stakeholders, Lenders, Consortium Partners, Engineering teams & Site team. Work in unison with Project Manager on associated activities, planning, execution, monitoring, control & closure in timely manner within allocated budget and schedule. Ensure effective Project management, Consortium management, Engineering management, Procurement management, Production control management, Quality management, Site management activities. Prepare explanation material & explain to Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Directorate General of Electricity (DGE) for waiver of Import Duty on various Turbine Island portion equipments / materials. Monitor & co-ordinate with engineering teams to identify pending activities & support for timely closure. Monitor key outstanding issues with Consortium Partners and work towards timely closures. Establish Project Management system in organization. Prepare & consolidate data for Monthly Progress Report (MPR) preparation / submission to Client. Prepare & present monthly progress, forecast schedule, PO's status, Dispatch status, Material receipt at site status, Key Issues etc. routinely to Client, Lenders & Consortium in PRM’s. Lead EPC Meeting with Consortium members to discuss, negotiate & resolve pending issues. Monitor TG Island Site Erection & Commissioning activities. Co-ordinate & support BOP, Boiler team in carrying out Initial Firing, Cold/Hot Clean-up, Steam Blowing, Synchronization, Performance Tests etc.

 Group lead of Main Plant Equipments / Systems. Establish Engineering & Process systems in organization. Standardization of Engineering processes, Technical guides & Project Manual. Review Customer Specification, Basic Engineering, Costing & Estimation, Bids Preparation. Review, create critical documents/drawings eg. Design Criteria, System Descriptions, Design Review, Process Diagrams, P&ID’s, Equipments Determination/Sizing, MPS/RFQ, O&M Manual, BBU’s etc. Preparation of Engineering flow sequence from Basic Engineering to completion of Project. Co-ordinate amongst engineering disciplines for effective Implementation of Engineering flow sequences. Interact with NTPC engineering teams to convince / explain proposed technology / systems / processes. Preparation of MPS/RFQ, Evaluation of Technical bids, selection of final successful bidder, Preparing for Kick-off Meeting & Post order stage detailed vendor engineering activities in co-ordination with other engineering disciplines. Lead Technical meetings with Vendor / Package suppliers. Co-ordination with Package engineers for timely submission of deliverables to Customer. Monitor Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning Progress as per Project Schedule. Attend Performance Tests & Shop Tests of TG Island Equipments along with Owner representatives.
