Operations Administrator you will be part of our Delivery Team that is responsible for the delivery of all on site works but primary works will be purchase orders, invoicing of works and data collection. You will assist and support the delivery team in all aspects of their duties to ensure we deliver a professional and efficient service to our client.

I currently work in Logistics Department out of home media owner, JCDecaux. Logistics and distribution Co coordinator making sure that France have delivered the correct stock ordered. Correcting the cost on the sage system. Making the warehouses aware that they will be receiving deliveries from France. I also carry out National Perpetual counts weekly.I answer stock queries emails from various depots.

Organizing events at various railway stations.On behalf of charities

I answer up to 50 calls a day from various restaurants all over England.Mostly they are food and wine orders for next day delivery.I also maintain the vans service sheets and make sure all the insurances are up to date.I work in Purchasing making sure that our stock levels accurate and we have enough stock for our clients.My work is very varied I could be booking my MD's summer holiday to making sure the customers receive there deliveries before the lunch time rush.I also work along side the Accounts department, checking the invoices and all the COD customers have paid for there deliveries.

I invoiced engineers work sheets.And arranged all statements at the month end

I tracked all inbound and outbound freight.And raised customer queries if any of the freight did not arrive in our depot.
