About Me:I am a dedicated and passionate individual currently serving as a PYLP (Punjab Youth Leaders Program) Fellow at Sanjhi Sikhiya, based in Bathinda, Punjab. My role involves working tirelessly to enhance the accessibility and quality of education in the Government Primary Schools of Punjab. Sanjhi Sikhiya adopts a systems approach, empowering teachers to develop ability-based foundational skills in children and encouraging local leaders to be active contributors in schools.My Role:As a PYLP fellow, I work with clusters of government schools, each comprising 10-15 schools within a district of Punjab. My responsibilities include bringing together key stakeholders—teachers, parents, Panchayats, and local officials—to collaboratively transform the educational landscape.
