Myself Kamal Panesar.Technical supporter in HONDA CARS INDIA LTd.I have responsible for process maturation and process improvement in welding section by re-design or remodify existing jigs/fixtures/gauges/checking equipment with the help of tool room support and our vendors.Key point of my job profile is to capture defects and fatique during car making and take hard countermeasure by modification in process or jigs/fixture.I have also take care TOOL ROOM section. to support maintenace and new model work related to jigs,fixture,gauges,sheet metal and hemming dies(mechnical and pneumatic).My goal of the life is become a sucessful person.In my life sucess means not earn the money,i think people will respect me on my face amd behind my face. Positive attitude with positive efforts always help us. So by applying this method,i think we will earn respect and knowlegde.
