Supervise all operations of one oil field to increase its production for the company’s growth and responsible for achieving the targets in a safe manner. Provides reports to the top management to show the site efficient performance within the budget in a timely fashion and be the primary contact point among the corporate head office and the operations on site.

Supervising and monitoring reservoir and production performance and proposing corrective measures when needed. Conducted detailed reservoir dynamic modeling and model history matching using Eclipse and became involved in field development studies to investigate and recommend secondary recovery projects.

Responsible for reservoir management and surveillance and work closely with engineering staff to ensure efficient well optimization & performance while supporting operations. Surveil production and pressure data to identify performance trends and recommend recovery plans in coordination with operations and engineering business units.

Reinforce the teacher’s petroleum engineering lessons and regularly discuss lessons plans and students’ development with them. Monitor the students’ academic progress, and supervise Bachelor students with their graduation projects.

Monitor daily drilling and work-over activities to ensure the full implementation of well design, assure well integrity and that wells are completed in a manner that is safe to operate. Supervise all activities in an actively expanding program, including: well completions, well integrity and intervention, production surveillance/optimization and applying new technologies.

Responsible for the expert advice necessary to make major production decisions. Perform well intervention activities and champion new technologies aimed at improving well integrity, productivity and improving efficiency. Conduct seminars; prepare manuals, train engineers and production operating personnel.

Undertake reservoir engineering studies of the operated fields to optimize their development plans as well as analyze reservoir and well performance data, develop reservoir surveillance programs and conduct reservoir management activities. Prepare development plans for the undeveloped resources and participate in interdisciplinary reservoir study teams.
