I believe that those with the least deserve the best—no exceptions. As the Executive Director of Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida (NHSSF), I’m on a mission to drive community empowerment through financial growth, housing solutions, and advocacy. At the same time, my work with A Little Help Never Hurt (ALHNH) allows me to bring grassroots strategies to life, particularly through work we’ve done sharing the ABCD framework (Asset-Based Community Development) in partnership with CSC of Broward County, which has been an exciting journey of collaboration and innovation. Whether I’m leading a nonprofit, building partnerships, or designing programs, my goal is always the same: to make sure every resource, relationship, and opportunity is put to its most impactful use. I’m passionate about making tough truths easier to tackle and turning them into actionable, meaningful change—and I’m having fun doing it.
