I currently overlooks the entire Technology and Infrastructure for Kannal Outsourcing and looking to gradually to position Kannal Outsourcing as a leader in BPO and IT services.

I was in charge of planning and developing the right marketing strategy to get the product noticed by the right people and secure their interest. Which I had to keep in touch with what my audience wants and know the best ways of speaking to them.With the market changing every day, I’ll have to keep on top of research, checking the market, rival products and the success of my campaign. My daily routine will be varied and also include overlooking product development and finding potential new customers.

My Responsibilities: Support clients with network services and to understand customers’ needs, then to propose cost effective IT maintenance solutions accordingly to meet customers’ expectations and also to provide solutions as in SAN & NAS, IT Security, CRM, Customer Telephony, Networking, Software solutions and hardware maintenance. Entertaining clients and managing corporate accounts.

To perform system study and design maintenance program based on customers needs, taking care of documentation, attending customer meetings, site matters and all general duties in the supervision of various hardware and software works in order to meet strict deadlines and achieve targets. This includes liaison with the clients, authorities, other consultants and the contractors.

A two year contract given as Technical Specialist to assist in the Call Centre Setup for Netcel360, which was later acquired by Symphony House Berhad. Nationwide Installation of ATM’s & Point of Sales (POS) equipments. Rework engineering on failed equipment. ( In house workshop ). I started my career at Revlon Malaysia as an IT Programmer, reporting to finance Department. My day to day job was to ensure the companies IT Operations was managed and as a sole IT personal in the company, I had to maintain the companies main frame system which was running on SINIX OS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SINIX) using Siemens Nixdorf Information in short SNI RISC-based RM-x00 servers.I was also responsible for the month end financial closure, financial & inventory report submission to HOD's, network integrity and data backups.
