I consider myself an open-minded and a hard-worker based on my previous work and accomplishments. I am the type of person that likes to dig deep and get a good understanding of problems to find the most suitable solution. A good listener, to put myself in another one's position, understand and acknowledge a different point of view and feelings, are some of the skills I have strengthened over the last years. I am always aware of my own soft-skills as I always want to improve to be a better person and a team player. My skill-set is diverse as I am always willing to learn. The fields of innovation, automation, digital transformation and entrepreneurship interest me. I did programming, mostly back-end (SQL, PHP), for quite some time ago. After joining an academic organisation and entering the construction industry, my work has been related to digital transformation strategies, VDC implementation and trying finding the best praxis on digital collaboration. Quite interesting innovation happens when technology, people and processes merge, and I want to involve stakeholder to realise whole life values.
