Being the founding member of Mallow Technologies, I am involved in almost everything during the early days. I along with Manivel worked on small utility apps for our portfolio and once we started working on client projects, I made sure that the work we do and the client’s feedback speak for us. My concentration was totally in delivering what the client expected or exceed the expectation.As we started growing, I am concentrating on empowering the right person at the right position and setting up processes for the smooth functioning of the organisation. I still involve myself with the projects and process improvements to make sure the service we offer is of good quality.

Mallow International is a textile manufacturing company and I was hired as a Merchandiser when this role was not well defined inside the organisation. I got the opportunity to learn all aspects of business at Mallow International. I understood and experienced the value of good service delivery here and learnt the nuances of client handling and project management. I also involved myself in setting up the process and defining the role of a Merchandiser at Mallow International. With the freedom provided for me, I was successfully able to set up a department for Merchandiser which right now plays a critical and pivotal role in the organisation.
