Since I was four years old, my mother has been running her boutique. Growing up, I learned the importance of and value of customers from my mother. The lesson I learned has helped me succeed in my career and reach my personal goals. Whenever I start a new job, I want to know everything about it. Because the devil is sometimes in the details, I take the time to be specific and detail-oriented by putting myself in the shoes of different departments. By keeping open lines of communication with colleagues and members in different functional roles, I work toward building my reputation at work. This allows me to gain insight into their experience and the best way to work with them. I take a proactive role in the growth of my teammates to improve customer experiences. Through positivity, I create an atmosphere of fun at work.
