My role as a Localization Executive has allowed me to be involved in the implementation of SDL world server, and other CAT Tools for various accounts. I am responsible for assisting teams with localization workflows and implementation of processes, provide technical support for World Writers teams and third party vendors. I am also involved in researching and testing new and existing localization tools.In my current role I have the opportunity to use my technical and problem solving skills.My main Duties in my current role are:1. Analysis and preparation of document, software and website localization kits including all source files and various formats for translation project workflows3. Research, training and reports on assigned localization tools and topics as required4. Maintenance of translation memories on assigned accounts5. Participate in trainings, webinars and demos of different technologies/applications related to localization and internationalization.
